At MDX Design Co., every item is made to order and personalized specifically for you.
Because of the custom nature of our products, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an error was made by MDX Design Co.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
